(Note: “Webtrek” was the finale episode of Webster. Webster is accidentally sent through a time-space anomaly to the Enterprise-D where he meets Worf and describes his life via a clip show. The three other officers on the bridge: Giddings, Youngblood, and the Security Officer are all background actor characters on Star Trek: The Next Generation. This episode marks the only time that the character of Giddings has a speaking line. Despite the strangeness of the episode, there is no structural or metatextual element that indicates that it is not canon.)
