(Note: John Munch’s appearance in Arrested Development comes a few episodes after a cameo by Belzer as himself. Richard Belzer appears as a fictionalized version of himself playing Munch in 30 Rock and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt so I consider those to be more celebrity cameo than character crossover. John Munch is mentioned on the TV show Luther.)
