Specials & TV Movies
Name | Date |
---|---|
Code of Vengeance | June 30, 1985 |
Dalton: Code of Vengeance II | May 11, 1986 |
Knight Rider 2000 | May 19, 1991 |
Knight Rider 2010 | February 13, 1994 |
Knight Rider (2008 TV movie) | February 17, 2008 |
(Note: The character of David Dalton first appeared in the Knight Rider episode “Mouth of the Snake” as a backdoor pilot. He then appeared in the TV movie Code of Vengeance as a proper pilot. The pilot was picked up for a show to be called Dalton and four episodes were produced. Two of these episodes aired as a second pilot called Dalton: Code of Vengeance II. The failure of the second pilot meant that production on the show was cancelled. NBC did eventually air all four episodes as a mini-series called Dalton's Code of Vengeance. The first one they aired in this format was “Rustler’s Moon”. I note all of this to explain why I don’t exactly put S01E01 next to “Rustler’s Moon”.)
