Paragons are shining examples of heroism, who aim to lead and inspire others to the best use of their abilities. They have a reputation of being skilled performers as well - and many legendary paragons have been acclaimed orators, musicians, and playwrights. 

Example Backgrounds: Wandering Life-Coach, Famous Pipe-Organist, Love-Song Composer, Balladeer of the Battlefield, Inspiring Leader.

Level 1 Talent

Helping Expertise: Your expertise at coaching and encouragement allow you to provide help to other people even in dangerous and high pressure situations where you are otherwise occupied. When you are in a skill challenge, you may provide help to one other player (giving them advantage on their skill check) if you would be able to provide that same help in a skill check. Whenever you provide help to someone, if they would fail, they may re-roll one of their dice, possibly turning a failure into a success. 

Level 2 Talents

Bardic Inspiration: Your skill with the musical and theatrical arts has made you particularly inspiring to your companions. When you play an instrument, recite poetry, or do something similarly artistic for the purpose of inspiring others (possibly but not necessarily while making a skill check), you may spend 1 adventure point and choose one of the following for up to ten people who hear you: they have advantage on the next skill check they make, or they are utterly enchanted by your performance, giving you advantage on all checks made to socially interact with them for the next hour.

Jack of all trades: You’re a quick learner, and in your time as an adventurer you’ve quickly picked up a lot. If you are making a skill check and are not adding your proficiency bonus (because you have no relevant background), you may add half your proficiency bonus rounded up. 

Level 6 Talent

Aura of Confidence: You inspire confidence in those around you! Whenever you or your companions in your company make a skill check to avoid becoming frightened or having their mind magically affected, they roll with advantage. 

Level 10 Talent

Leadership: You are known both for your words and deeds throughout the realms, and many wishing to learn from you flock to wherever you might be to hear you speak. You may choose a club which your adventuring party has founded, and it immediately gains 100 pull, or in lieu of this you immediately create a new club with 100 pull headquartered in something gifted to you when you gained this talent. You may spend 1 adventure point to have this club gain 2 pull, by publicly speaking and recruiting for it.
