Set Smaller Goals
When you're working towards making a grand ambition a reality, the process can feel like a daunting climb up an enormous mountain. You won't reach your goals overnight. It takes time, and creating smaller, manageable milestones is the best way to stay motivated.
Start small to gain momentum and stay inspired. Break your grand goal into smaller chunks and give yourself milestones to hit. Feeling that sense of accomplishment will keep you going and give you an actionable plan for getting to where you want to be.
Reward Yourself

If you do XYZ, then you can reward yourself. It's a great way to stay organized, set your sites on something you can reasonably do, and chip away at that big-picture goal.
