Although there are some moments in this time-traveling film, it is a work of science fiction rather than fact. That being said, you can try to enjoy it while relaxing. Although it contains some jump scares for preteens and young children, adults are unaffected by them, so don't expect to be frightened. Do not let this deter you from watching it, though. It's a delightful family film with a nice ending—minus three deaths, sadly. Rest in peace. The only thing I look at closely is how this serial killer used the fact that no one in California owned a gun. 

Time Cut Flixtor movie would have ended twenty minutes early, been a short picture, and might have gotten ten stars from everyone if Serial Killer had been set in Texas or any other state. But since it's a PG horror film, they chose to utilize a rubber knife and a Halloween mask from the Dollar Store that most likely contains poisonous lead paint, which you shouldn't purchase. All things considered, these young adult actors have a bright future ahead of them, and as their acting skills improve, we will see them in more roles in the future.
