Raymond Kurzweil predicted that we would reach a technological singularity by 2050, and as a futurological electrical engineer, I have been a believer in this prediction for ten years. Adults taught me to live a self-destructive lifestyle, but after two years of following Bryan's protocol, I've never felt better or more alive. We must be more conscious of taking care of one another and ourselves in an era where epidemics are on the rise. Bryan's accomplishments are incredible, and the documentary does a great job of showcasing his routine, which is founded on innumerable measurements and profound scientific principles. After so much devastation, the world needs this to finally heal!
