COO Tasks {{ currentPage ? currentPage.title : "" }}

Summary

In a large organization, the Chief Operating Officer would be responsible for designing, refining and executing tasks that are required for the business, but don’t individually result in new clients. In our business we call those types of tasks COO tasks.

Importance

The COO tasks are often less important to the overall business than CEO tasks, but are often more urgent or time-sensitive. We think of them as taking up 80% of the time, but 20% of the importance to the business.

Examples

  • Adding or removing a sign from a listing

  • Forwarding documents to a lawyer

  • Filing a trade in Faltour

  • Showing properties to buyer clients.

  • Creating a feedback report for seller clients each week.
