Antibody/Peptide Discovery for Bacterial Disease

Equipped with world-leading technology platforms in anti-bacteria biomolecular discovery, Creative Biolabs has rich experience in antibody and antimicrobial peptide (AMP) discovery for bacterial diseases. Through our high-throughput systems, clients could accelerate their bacterial disease research with reduced project costs and timelines.

Characteristics of Bacterial Disease

Bacterial diseases are caused by bacteria or bacterial components. Most of bacterial diseases are contagious. Bacterial disease can spread in different ways depending on the microorganism. Bacteria cause disease by secreting or excreting toxins, by producing toxins internally, which are released when the bacteria disintegrate, or by inducing sensitivity to their antigenic properties. Some serious bacterial diseases include anthrax, plague, cholera, diphtheria, bacterial meningitis, tetanus, Lyme disease, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
