Lesley Garrett

Lesley Garrett (born 10 April 1955) is an English soprano singer. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and the prestigious National Opera Studio, her career began in 1979 in Orontea at the music festival in Batignano.
She has since performed across Europe, as well as the USA. She sang with Bryan Ferry, Eurythmics and Mick Hucknall to celebrate the new millennium, and has performed at numerous sporting events, including several FA Cup finals.
She is married to Peter Garrett, a GP, with whom she has two children. She released an autobiography in 2000.
Quiz Show Appearances
The Weakest Link (01/05/2002) Garrett appeared on a music industry special alongside, among others, Suzi Quatro, Billy Bragg, and Dave Lee Travis. Decker was eliminated in the seventh round.
