Madame Web tracks the journey of a young woman who becomes the savior of three teenage girls. In 1973, Constance Webb heads to the Peruvian Amazon while pregnant to study healing spiders. Despite obstacles, she finds the spider, only for her guard, Ezekiel Sims, to take it for its powers. Sadly, Ezekiel shoots Constance before the Las Arañas tribe helps her. She gives birth to a baby girl before passing. Three decades later, Cassie Webb, Constance's daughter, discovers her future-seeing ability while working as a paramedic in NYC.
