How to write to customer support

Here's a little tutorial on how to contact support without WeChat:

First, go to the three horizontal lines in the launcher. Now a tab opens where you have to click on the 3rd button.

Now a new window will open, click on the button at the bottom left and another window will open.

Depending on what your problem is here and what you just click on, an employee then connects to this chat. But note the opening hours of the chat, with time conversion you can only between: 03:00 in the morning - 15:00 in the afternoon contact customer support (Berlin time / GMT+1).

Customer support will always answer you in Chinese, That means you should put a Translator (https://translate.yandex.com/) aside and, if possible, state at the beginning that you are not Chinese and come from Europe. Depending on the situation, customer support may also use the translator. I recommend always checking the translated message you write to him and if something weird comes out of it, just send a message in English afterwards.

Note: After a few minutes of inactivity, a warning will appear, after which the chat will be closed shortly afterwards. Otherwise it is not complicated to deal with the support.
