Attributes can govern any number of other attributes. For example, you can create an endurance attribute and add Stamina as an associated attribute & change the stamina value based on the current value of the endurance attribute.
Attribute Curve
The value of the associated attribute can be changed based on a curve value. The time of the curve represents the governing attribute value & the value is the value of the attribute associated with the governing attribute. For example you can create a curve that goes from a minimum base value all the way to the max value. The curve can create diminishing returns for the attributes governed by the governing attribute.
You can create new curve tables by selecting the + Curve button & adjusting the values of the curve to your liking:
These curve rows can be selected from the associated attributes menu when creating attributes. This will allow you to create a set of attributes that govern other attributes such as Vitality, Endurance, Strength, etc. Very similar to popular AAA Action RPG titles.
The use of curves will also allow game designers to easily adjust associated attribute values & diminishing returns without the need to do mathematical calculations.
